After seeing my feedback, these people sent me a message saying the concerned team would get back to me, and after 1 long month, I get a call today from the same lady at the reception who spoke rudely to me! Was she really the "concerned person"? The idea I thought was to pacify me but these people I believe do not want me to leave me alone, forget setting things right for me. This lady calls again and starts arguing with me once again when I had no intention of getting into this. I have really had enough! First I do not get the results I was assured for, then I am asked to pay for the maintenance session, I am treated badly because I say I am not happy with my results, I write a feedback, I get a call back after a month and then the same lady starts arguing with me! CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT ITS Best! Really upto you people if you want to put yourself through something like this.
I was undergoing a laser hair removal treatment for which I paid 40 grand! After 6 sittings too, I did not see any visible effect. I got a call from these people saying my maintainence was due. I visited their clinic and they ask me how satisfied I was with their treatment, I said I was not happy as I did not really see any promising results. The lady at the reception-Ashwini who was sweet all through the sittings suddenly spoke rudely to me, saying if I wanted a maintainence sitting, I had to pay for it!First of all I tell her I am not happy with the effects of the laser and then she asks me to pay extra. What maintainece should I pay for when the main job itself was shoddy. Since they loot you of your money upfront, I did not have an option but to walk out telling her if I had to pay more, I would chose some other place than be fooled further. Please avoid this place at all costs. Also, while I was sitting there, there was another lady who walked in saying they had given her a cream whcih was almost nearing expiry and they plainly refused to refund or exchange. Also this lady at the receptionist seems to have used all the creams on herself which the doctor is prescribing to the patients since she told this lady too that she had tried the cream on herself(I too heard similar remarks from her while she sold me some unwanted cream! BETTER WATCH OUT AND TRY SOME OTHER PLACE!These people are only and only after your money, service is just incidental!
