The company is lacking in professionalism. The HR department does not have any coordination with the Operations department. I was called for an interview on 02-04-2014 and waited for two hours after which time the HR, somebody called Akshay Fernandes came and said that the Operations Manager was on leave. This clearly shows lack of concern for other peop.le's time and energy
