very very bad service. I ordered for only 6.2kg but they CHEAT it is 25kg.
I had ordered for a show of my products in melbourne, on13April 2014.
I paid immediately after confirming order but they did not start the packaging. After continuously enquiring the trcking number, they gave me the number after a week where I found they just handed over the package that day and was going to deliver after my show is over.
They cheat a big amount of money from me.
