After watching their ads saying "Jewellery-with-rate-tag", went to visit this their store at commercial street, bangalore .. We wanted to buy ear-ring and at entrance we were asked to go to first floor ... There were around 8-10 sales person and few were attending customers and others were simply hovering around .. We were waiting on the counter hoping for some sales person to attend us .. After 15 mins, I asked one of the sales person if any body would like to attend to us .. he bluntly said wait for 10 minutes ... Even after 15 minutes, nobody cared .. When we started to walk out, even then they were simply watching !!! While moving out I complained to a person on the ground floor who was directing other customers .. All he said was "OK sir!!!" .. For all the impressive ads they show on TV, they should employ sales person who are customer friendly
