HORRIBLE!!!! Walk if you have to, but NEVER EVER call these people! 1. UNPROFESSIONAL- The cab was supposed to reach at 6 a.m. And the driver woke up at 5.55 a.m. 2. RUDE- The owner as well as the driver are horribly rude, to such an extent that you feel they have some personal grudge against you. 3. SHOW UP 1 HOUR LATE- I asked them to come at 6 a.m. The driver happily showed up at around 7 a.m. Had I waited for that stupid fellow, I would very well have had lost the train, 4. PLAIN STUPID- They are unable to find a flat in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 (despite themselves being from Mayur Vihar Phase-3). And then, they have the audacity to blame the address!!! "Madam, apka address hi aisa hai ki mil nahi raha hai!"- "Ridiculous" is a gross understatement for these people If even after all of this, you choose to call up these unprofessional, disrespectful and rude people, it IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. MAY GOD BE WITH YOU.
