I had a great experience with Plank recently. Right from taking my appointment to the services rendered, everything was perfect. I took their body spa treatment and felt rejuvenated. The girls who came to my place were well organized, friendly and professional, best part was they left my house just the way it was when they came. IK particularly enjoyed the portable music they carried and the complimentary drink they offered, I liked the fact that they went an extra mile to make us happy. Kudos to the team!

I had given my expensive lehenga for dry cleaning to Fabrikare Kukkatpally on 28th May. Since it was an expensive light coloured item worth 25000, with minute and intricate embroidery work, i repeatedly asked them if they would be able to do it, and spent about 15-20 minutes to ensure there are no mistakes, also showed them a small stain at the bottom to ensure it is taken care of. They constantly assured me that it would be taken care of. When i went back to collect it on 9th June, it was in a completely stained all over, had 3 holes and the fabric had lost its sheen. I was shocked at the sheer negligence of the team, they had the audacity to tell me it was already there. After many failed attempts to get through the manager and futile arguments with the guy at the desk, I left my dress with them as they said they would repair the damages. I had to constantly follow up with them and finally i received a call on 17th June saying it was 80% better as compared to the first time and i could collect it. However I am extremely disappointed to state that there is no improvement and the piece can never be worn again. Despite repeated attempts, the manager or the concerned head has still not spoken to me, let alone extend a basic apology.
Pls do not waste your time and money at this horrible place, thanks to their sheer negligence, I have lost a lot of money, not to mention the emotional trauma and the sentimental values attached to it!
