worst service ever!!! I have sent a document from this office to USA and its has not been delivered even after one month. i am not even able to check the status online, DTDC have the worst online tracker, even the customer care people don't pick up the calls. i called the Guy named Sridhar who sits at the counter at least 10 times but every time he tells me that he is outside please call after some time,What an idiot he is i would have give 0 rating if they had an option. i strongly suggest not to use this courier service and also DTDC.
