Ordered dinning table 4 chairs and a stool. total cost 34000. They always start with the statement that the factory is behind the shop and they do the work their. The same gets repeated 100 times. Another promise they make is that they will show the furniture before getting polished and no other furniture shop in Bangalore does it... Also when you are upset the manager shouts at one of the staff to show that he is really interested in your business and the staff will have no idea what you on the manager is talking about. Good drama to convince you
When I went to the showroom on 5th day to check my furniture it was not ready and got the below excuses.
The wood is wet and hence it is currently under seasoning. Will need two more days
The work is done in a different factory hence I cannot see it
They get bulk of wood and hence cannot commit when they can deliver
I am going to cancel the order after two days if it is not ready.
