My Question to the owners of Inorbit is :
1) Were people wearing branded cloths only allowed in the mall ???
2) Is this how the mall staff and security personnel are trained to manage their customers ???
3) Are we citizen of India, which more than 60 % are middle class not allowed in the mall ? and if we try to enter ? supposed to get humiliated ???
4) Who is responsible for this unruly behavior ??
WORST PATHETIC experience ever!!! The Staff/Security are hooligans & gundas. my dad is a Heavy motor Vehicle work shop owner and on this fateful day (19.07.2014) he lost his mobile phone due to which we had to visit this mall for buying a mobile phone. It was around 10.45 pm at night and we went to look for a electronics store to get him a mobile phone. Since its was very urgent and my Dad had to get a mobile phone on an urgent basis we went to the mall directly from his workshop, he was wearing his workshop cloths an untucked shirt and was looking messy the security staff at the entrance humiliated him without even asking him if he was looking to buy something or trying to identify him at the entrance nor did he even try to be courteous. I went in, on which the security staff deligently wished me and welcomed me humbly but when my dad turned up they humiliated him. Why was the security staff humble with me and not with my dad who was just behind me ? When i retaliated asking him if the mall was closed ? He and his fellow colleague started laughing at us and was not willing to let my dad enter. We was only allowed to enter when i retaliated and fired at the security. My dad is a senior citizen and he felt so humiliated and embarrassed that he simply asked me to leave the mall without even questioning them any further. If this has happened with us? Then the same must be happening with many other people. People don't talk about such incidents out of shame and humiliation. Should i also not speak up against such rude attitude of these people ??
