hy my name is azaz nagori. & i m from surat. m pay dhem 45000 cash buy brand new samsung galaxy note 3 last 30 may 14 from samsung authorised dealer shivam sale rahul raj surat . but unfrotunately phn was nt working properly it creat problem 2 nd day . so amny problem while using. so m tired of dat . for dat m registred so many compaints nd also visited service cntre 4 times after dat problem was nt solve. stil phn was creat so many trouble while using. when m talk wth shivam sales distibutor dhey dnt gve me any ans nd dhey do misbehave wth me . so m annoyed wth dat. so m want refund. if samsung mobiles ya distibutor didnt refund me dhn m gng to registered caomplaint in consumer forum 7 also do police case infront of samsung mobiles india & shivam sales rahulraj surat. so i hope u will look in dat case nd solve in working days. thnk u sir azaz nagori 7405557488 / 9998362093
