We bought some VLCC products and got a gift coupon. We took an appointment and went to take the services. To be HONEST VERY LOW STANDARD SERVICESwere provided to us and the staff morale was very bad. We felt discriminated just because we went there with a gift coupon.
We felt that they should have treated us as regular customers. We took a service of hair trimming and blow dry. Tthe pathetic thing was the hair stylist didn't do the blow dry instead asked the helper, who was not a stylist to do it. I think he was the cleaner there.
I suggest everyone NOT TO GO with the brand name and do not take the gift coupon services. Because they will treat us like some one who went to do the hair cut for free of cost.
THEY LOST ONE OF THEIR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. This will eventually lead to the loose of 100 or more customers.
