I am sorry to say, but it has been a very bad experience with them. I have got my goods shifted twice before this and never had such an experience.
1. Never on time
2. Bad quality in packing
3. Goods got damaged
4. They came 1 week before to check the goods and validate so that they know the truck requirement and boxes required which I thought was very professional, but they failed miserably as they miscalculated the space for truck and even for boxes.
5. They came with 15 boxes, and their people have to wait for more boxes.
6. The packaging people were students and not professionals.
7. They transferred my sofa without wrapping any paper on it which they promised earlier that they will do.
8. They have dumped all kitchen utencils in my drum.
9. They have used 3 of my bedsheets to put my stuff, since they went short of boxes or packaging material.
10. They have torn one of my bedsheet.
11. They have dumped goods from every corner to boxes, it became a mess while arranging it.
12. Packaging and loading went really late and it was almost 5:00 pm when they started the truck.
14. I Have to pay challan for no entry, since the truck was not allowed after 3:30pm. This happened because, they started at 10:45am and they went short of boxes and no professional people.
15. When I asked the person that I shouldn't be paying the challan, the person started shouting at me so I have to pay extra 700 bucks for it.
