today i visited big bazaar and shopped for 6k,the items were supposed to be delivered at my residence at a said time. neither did it reach nor did anyone call. to top that the number 66288800 doesnt work. it was the worst experience. secondly wanted to buy a wrought iron bed where the sales person say that if i need it immediately then the customer will pay delivery charges but if they send at their own sweet time, then the delivery charges will be paid by them.. jitna sasta maal, utna ghatiya service..
