We have purchased the furniture from Balka (Furnishers & Decorators),New Delhi. There was some changes to be done in the furniture as well as it was suppose to be polished. We are staying in Bangalore(and the furniture was suppose to come from delhi itself) so we did all the payment by cash to them but the owner of Balka (Sohit Gupta) denied to give us the reciept. We have ordered two double cots, dining set and a setty(2 1 1) which cost us 42,500/- Rs. After recieving the furniture, we found that we are cheated.. The cots were not painted from inside and they have used very cheap quality ply for boxes.. Dining chairs and setty set were as well as not properly polished...it seems that we have bought second hand furniture.. We contacted Sohit Gupta on the above, he denied on all this and told us that the furniture was of very superior quality and all the painting was done. Later on he (Sohit Gupta) was not picking up our Phone, then we contacted Vipin Gupta(Father of Sohit Gupta) who after lot of discussion agreed that his son has missed painting the cot boxes from inside.
