Worst shoping experience ever from great eastern tollygunge. We have decided to purchase a refrigerator. We went to the outlet and choose a model of godrej eon, pitch black colour. On asking the representative repeatedly confirmed that the particular model and color is available. The bill dhad been done on 22.10.14. After that for next five days there no contactFrom their end and withmmynutter Sourabh ise they were been able to trace my bill no. On the sixth day they had informed us that the particular colour is not available coz compnay has stopped manufacturing that one. How come the company has stopped manufacturing that particular colour in just 5days!!!!!! I was told to take another colour otherwise I have to wait till the colour arrives again. Their tat for delivering goods is 5-7working days. Ihad a urgent need so I negotiated with the colour. They have equally I'll behaver delivery person too. On the time of first delivery they simply refused to deliver he fridge saying that the passage is too narrow. They took away the fridge. My father has to go again to the shop ang Adios d the store manager for a redelivery. The srore manger told that for a redelivery we have to bear our own cost. We did. For the second time and after two weeks the fridge for the second time has reached our place. This time with utter surprise the delivery man took Rs50 and took the fridge to the 1st floor. I didn't renovate my house to make he same narrow passage widen. Today is 9.11.14 and after 18 days of billing till today nobody from godrej has called us for demonstration. More over there are some fre gifts mentioned on the bill. Whenever I called them for it till today they told me that the gifts are not available. Please call next weak.
