I purchased a Honda Activa from Lodha Honda, Tambaram Sanitorium. I do not have any issue with the product. But the customer service is the worst I had ever seen for any product that I purchased my whole life. In-fact, I was just realizing that I spent almost 60K on a product and was sent pillar to post to take delivery of my bike and was promised that I will have my RTO in 2 days. It's been 20 days I took my bike and without RTO, it is kept in my garage.
At last after following up for 20 days, I was told that my bike is ready for RTO about 10 days back and they called me and never picked it seems. This is the story from them and that too they are telling this after I called them.
After this, they gave me a contact person in tiruvanmayur RTO and I called him around 11.30AM and he is telling that your papers are ready and come immediately. When I called him the next day around 10:30AM to enquire that if I can come, he was like I told you yesterday to come right, y are you calling me again and again. Iâm not sure, if I owe him anything or am I his slave.
They do not even have the courtesy that we are their customers and we deserve some respect. It is just not enough for Honda if they sell good products without minimum customer service
Never buy from this dealer!
