I am disturbed by the wayI was treated in a mall .manager and guards of relience trends threatened us to break bones and doing wrong to me physically.I am shocked by the incident how can people of bangalore treat someone from outside like this and desrespect a lady in front of her husband. The issue started when we shopped for 4999 and got coupon worth 1000 we used one coupon and bought a jean s for 1195 that time these people told you can exchange in 30 days . When we went their to exchange they were making excuse and made us roam for 1 hour then a female staff told that the same jeans with different size is not available and they will refund only 597 rest 500 coupon amount didnt. she told us to go to counter and take half amount when we went to counter the person their told if you wanna shop then take smthing we ll adjust we took a tshirt wort h 399 and came to counter for the balance amount and billing that time they refused to give back and when my husband questioned that then why that lady told we can take the money then in front of supervisor and manager she lied stating i didnt say its credit note not money . my question is we didnt argue for half amount we didnt complain and went for exchange but 100 rupees even they were making us struggle and then the manager abused me . I was trying to calm my husband he shouted at me and talked rudely insulted in front of all and then when my husband got angry he called cops they said t o manager let them go we will take the girl with us and break their bones the manager was threatening us you cant stand here if i wish and all . ultimately 2 girls came and sorted the things we came without exchange or money and even lost our self respect. I am sad to know that bangalore is not a safe place for awoman for 500 rupees people can threaten a girl. I expect you people atleat do something so that no one has to face such situation again i dont want money back but the level of abuse cant forget.
