I booked a flat in the GR Sagar Nivas in december. i got the price at 2350/sft. i thought it was good because of the two previous projects in manipal county road. They have a nice customer influential background, one of my friend stays in the previous projects. he just requested i got a discount of 150/sft. so didn't think about another project. so i got 3 of my friends got it book at the same price.
I am an owner of sony h50 camera, I am from Bangalore, the camera was water damaged and I took it to sony service centre ,but they quoted me very high.
