Dear all, I have used their service on 01-nov-14 and i am totally disappointed with them. see the below and you decide whether to call them.
* Got a call from them on 31-oct to confirm the timing 9.30 am
* on 01-nov, no one called till 9.30 and I called them back at 9.45, 10.30, 11.30 and I got the same reply that the people already started from office to my home(distance from their office to my home is around 10 kms)
*around 12.15 i got 2 missed calls and when i called back it was the 3 guys from thangam and they have started now and want to know the route.
* they reached my home around 12.45 and started packing
*they didnt bring tools to dismantle fans
*basic things packed by 1.45 and they called their office to send the luggage van and van reached at 3.30 pm.
* 3 guys were average physic and were unable to carry the luggage and with the help of driver from 3.30 they unloaded all the luggage by 6.30 pm with lot of damages to my items.
