I purchased a John Player Jeans and Killer Shirt on 11 DEC 2014, Bill number 9873/156 from Park square mall((ITPL)), Reliance Trends in Bangalore, I have not checked cloth quality because of the relation I had with Reliance trends which worked on Killer shirt and not for John player jeans, It was completely sewing thread in one use. I want to exchange the same, but the Reliance Trend park square branch did not consider my request. The CSE/Manager says its not a manufacturing defect.
