Rude and ill-mannered manager (Tariq) and truly pathetic food: We went to this place specifically for their quattro formaggi pizza which on previous occasions was good. This time around, it was certainly not 'four cheese' and most definitely only some local mozzarella pizza with toppings. Upon much (polite) complaining, the Pizza was remade, nearly an exact replica of the previous one. The manager was indignant in his approach and refused to accept that there could even be an issue with the pizza. Let alone being apologetic, the manager was rude and kept arguing which in essence was 'take it or leave it'. The other order 'Al Pesto Genovese' was bland and completely lacked parmesan! The manager grudging took it away and brought it brought back with some seasoning thrown in and half the original quantity! Our adjoining table had a similarly poor experience with their food. When my spouse mentioned to them that the quality of today's food was poor, she was rudely snubbed and told that she should not talk to other clients and we were free to fill up the feedback form! Not only was he discourteous to a woman he was completely unabashed about it, which is truly obnoxious and unacceptable behavior anywhere, let alone in the hospitality industry. I am making my number public for the management to issue and unconditional apology and explicit action that they would take against the manager (9833654240). With this shocking experience, I would sincerely urge users to avoid the place or expect an insult or two, especially towards women.
