I am rather disappointed with the false information being given by Aarcee store at Vashi, knowingly. First, when I booked a Faber Hob, their employee Rajesh, knew it was not in stock or did not know whether it was in stock or not but promised me a delivery the next evening, due to which, I got my guy ready for marble platform installation and cutting, but the item did not come for next few days. As I write this, they still do not have a clear picture of stock arrival and delivery.
Further, this same guy Rajesh, promised that the company man will reach home on 30 jan to give the specifications for cutting platform; and on 30th again promised that he will come 100% on 31 Jan. I sat in their shop for 1 hour; they did not attend to me and went for lunch; while their boss (probably the shop manager) kept fooling me. Aarcee while being comparatively cheaper (probably) is very poor in customer service and more like a bania shop than a modern store.
