Totoodo Smartphone Workshop :- My sincere suggestion:- Never go to Totoodo Smart Phone Workshops/Repair Center, if you have any (i mean it .. any… ) other options to repair your Mobile Phones and Tabs.. Better to go to your authorized Service Centre. My Suggestion to you all :- Never Venture in Totoodo Smart Phone Repair centers .. You will lose your money – more over your peace of mind and unnecessary wastage of time ( I spend minimum 6-8 hrs. in just talking to all and also going to their store multiple times ) . Look rather for authorized service centers or JD certified – Excellent rating Service center or Service center which you know.. They repaired / Changed the screen ( for Rs.7200/-) . Then they told next issue - Phone not getting charged Battery charging strip issue - another 2200/- spend. Took 2 days time to deliver . Nightmare started from then on!!!!!!!!!! Next issue - during replacing the Charging strip , they spoiled the microphone. Another 2 days they took . Store personal Mr. Manjunath, behaves as if he know anything and everything in the world of phones . Very unprofessional , unpolite, bosting about his hardships ( which is none) to help customer .. Honestly they don't care about customer satisfaction, they fool people and earn money . Moreover tell all the lies and give flase promises each time and never own up things.. Ppl in store require really some Soft skills – like customer management skills and how to manage the situations and ensure giving customer a real good experience , rather than giving false promise and arguing with them for nothing and getting into baseless allegations ..
