Dear sir/madam, i am H. Ajith Hebbar, one of your mob phone customer.
I bought a Nokia mobile phone Nokia 225 ( Rs. 3700/=)from your shoppe, last month (in Jan). I am fine with the set. Recently a message has started popping up on the phone screen ( =Feed back to Nokia, rate your Nokia 225). This is quite annoying. No way i could delete this message even after trying to give a feedback. Please give me a solution to this. How can I get rid of this message? further this should not reappear in future too. I am unhappy with Nokia for disturbing customer with these popping messages.
Further, the every SMS i receive gets accumulated on the screen, i can never delete these popping sms unless I open them and read. This is a bad future. How can I get rid of this.
I need urgent solution.
