Please do not opt for 5net or any other internet connection from Sai Net, Chembur. Every time I need to use the internet, I am forced to call their service number because its down for most of the day. Even this guy named Swapnil, whose name is a point of contact for Sai Net, spoke like a rat when I was considering getting a connection from Sai net, now cuts my calls or answers it and excuses himself saying its a wrong number when I call him during connection issues. whereas his customer service comfirms its his number. If anyone from their end answers my call I consider myself lucky that day. And if they say they'll send a technician over to have a look, what they really mean is you can kiss their rears because they are not gonna solve your connection problem. The customer service personnel are rude and indifferent. I paid for a year's connection and yet they disconnect my account every 3rd-4th month without warning, saying I haven't paid up and even have the guts to send their guy over to collect money. This is the same technician guy who doesn't show up when they say they're sending someone over to fix the connection that was down when I wanted to use it. Even when I opted for a new connection from them, it took over a month and a half as they kept delaying it. In retrospect, those were early warning for me to keep away but I didn't pay heed as their connection speeds were lucarative. My advice, you might as well pay a bit extra and opt for another ISP with better service, but don't opt for a connection from Shri Sai Net.
