This mail is to bring you in notice that to get "Best L'oreal professional Indian hairdressing award" every saloon require votes from public to get votes you had actually started a tempted campaign to give free hair cut or clean up by voting kapil as a best hairdresser and and warn all the client to book appointment on 31 jan 2015, i got this message and done the voting against that i got the message from loreal to thank for vote and after that i had book appointment for 18 feb 2015 this same thing i had convey to my sister and she had also done the same thing and book appointment for 5 feb 2015 , but the realty is different when she visited saloon today at 2.15pm at borivali branch they said that our system is not showing the appointment despite of we having call record as a proof and same showed at the counter but they did not encourage this not olnly apply to my sister (Ms.Pooja Pipalia) but also i have call again today to check whether my appointment is confirm or not but the same sad reply came from borivali branch despite i am having my call records as a proof and done all the necessary procedure which was asked by your company. may be there is problem with borivali branch beacuse my Freind Mr.karan had done haircut yesterday by just showing voting message that he received at viviana mall thane. this is not client mistake ,this mistake is from your side we are calling and taking the appointment but if you do not register it ,it is your fault you are playing with someone feeling and misguiding the public. i would appreciate the reply and if i do not get it in 48 hrs i would understand you are not bother about your clients and running business unprofessionally.
