This is most horrible experience one can have in sports domain for kids. We moved from USA and enrolled our daughter to Ace Academy. Mr Pramesh promised to provide personal training 3 times a week to our daughter but hardly showed up rather put her with his unprofessional staff for whole week.
Academy staff is rude and highly unprofessional. We saw them abusing kids and making fun of them.
We perosnally met Mr Pramesh and gave our feedback and each time he promised to take care of the issue but it never happened.
Coz we paid fee in advance, we were stuck and had to wait sessions to get over. In between Mr Pramesh increased the fee. He asked us to pay more or pull out our kid. After long discussions, finally we decided to pull out as he promised to refund balance.
It been more than year he has not refunded balance money to us. He gave us cheque which bounced.
We have tens of his whatssapp messages each time he promising to pay back soon but has not happened so far.
