two days back i went bought groceries from the R A puram branch. they had assured me that my groceries will be delivered that day between 6 - 8 in the evening or the next day morning. both did not happen. i sent my driver to check on the status. they were rude to him. when asked for the contact no. they did not give. they said that it will arrive that evening. yesterday also my items have not arrived. i tried to get the no from the net it is not listed. then i asked one of my neighbours for the no. as she shops there regularly. the no. she gave me waqs 08652906676. i tried this many times but no response. this is the first time that i shopped in more for my monthly groceries. and this will be the last time i ever shop in more. my bill came upto around Rs 7000/-. you can calculate the loss to your company for the year. i am very unhappy with your service. and i will tell everybody i come across my bad experience with you. so that is some more loss of new business for you.
