The worst services are given by the advance info showrrom of laptop which is in tilak nagar area. First they had sold me the out of stock laptop, or i can say the old model, with higher price, they now i have checked the details online on dell it showing the warranty expires in september and i had purchased that laptop in march 2015.
Very bad and pathetic service.

I purchased a laptop model no-3541 on dated 13th Mar'15. this is the 5th purchase of the dell laptops from the same shop. I never faced any problem while purchasing the laptops from Advance Info Distributors Pvt Ltd. In Fateh Nagar. As a regular customer i visted again and purchased the laptop from the same shop but there is i found price discrepancy of aprox INR 7,000-00 (Seven Thousand rupees) while comparing to Dell with the same configuration. On 14th Mar morning i called in the showroom and told all the things to the executive who had sold the Laptop model to me but he says that these INR 7000 is the cost of the accesories and bags etc. He told me that if there is a probem regarding this we will sort out surely. I am not getting the resolution regarding the same, only i am getting the surity on calls. Regardless of this with the previous purchase they never told me like the extra charges, i was getting the laptops on good prices as compare to direct Dell. Now at this point of time Dell is providing the same model with same configuration of INR 28,000 but distributor charge INR 35,000.
I Seek your understanding and co-operation in this matter with the resolution asap.
