Recently I bought O General Inverter AC JK Electronics gave poor services. They are confused too. Very unprofessional.
1. They said pay on delivery against advance. Later they called up and took our full day to pay remaining before delivery
2. They delivered faulty AC then didn't bother to do follow up with Warehouse. After sepnding my day on phone they delivered replacement after seven days that too in the night.
3.Informed many times that they need to do installation on Saturday/ Sunday. They didnt bother about it.
Waiting for installation, its 14 days now.
