worst ever seen I had issue with my iphone 5s, in which I got a suggestion that "we have to change stripe" (without verifying the issue and without checking). I have been informed later that "After changing stripe (which connects to loudspeaker, mic and power switch) it is not working". So they have decided next, there are two chips (the person who explained me she does not even know, what it is), they planned to change one and check if that is also not work they will change the another one). I really felt very bad, because they even does not have tool to check where is the issue at the first time, They are very interested to learn by using OUR MONEY (Doing R&D). I asked them, I need photo copy of the receipt, they had replied NO (just to have a proof).
