Secondly, you were given a feedback form, wherein you have filled it saying “Good Services” the same is scanned and posted for your reference, if you were not satisfied you could have actually mentioned it and immediately it will be sorted out. If any body at Citrus has not followed your requests then severe action is taken on them. So, we have spoken to the stylist and she says at every step she has got your consent and then done it. If you are unsatisfied then the same can be totally done to your satisfaction. At Citrus we have a policy of suggesting different options to clients and nobody will push you or force you and sell it to you, taking it or not is entirely your Wish. We are only trying to help by the suggestions to your benefit and Guests have appreciated it, so it is a big disappointment for us at Citrus that you have blacklisted us.
