The most non friendly staff ever. U can feel it the moment you enter this place. No body ever smiles at you in this place, especially the reception desk crew. I had inquired about scheduling a hair cut on a really short notice and was quite understanding when it couldn't be done. But the response from the receptionist was shocking. She treated me like I never existed there in first place. She didn't even bother to look me in the eye or offer an appointment for another free slot and went about her work ignoring me. Then I repeated my query about the possibility of a hair cut that evening and all I got was a flat, rude "no". I am really not walking into this Bblunt salon ever again.
