I would like to give a 0 star to this particular bank. They are so not user friendly. Being a government organisation they are least bothered to help the public and for each and everything they create an issue. Also I feel like who ever is working in this organisation are so uneducated that they don't even know how to handle a customer over a phone or help a customer in an electronic way. The only thing they know is paper work.
One suggestion: Being an government org please be more helpful towards the general people!
