This business has serious service issues - they have taken hundreds of AMC contracts but have no certified technicians. There is average of one week waiting for AMC and service is not good - you are risking damaging ur AC. Another fraud that they are perpetrating is gas filling for AC. Their filling is extremely expensive and unreliable, as gas leaks in a few months. Also, charges are much higher than Company technicians and there is absolutely no warranty. Mr Sreekumar is entirely focussed on selling new ac and is not approachable most of the times. He is not bothered about quality of service or customer satisfaction, he only wants full advance payment. So Beware!!!
