I went to buy a 1.5 T split AC today at 12.00pm and completed all the formality with payments done by 12.50 pm. Salesman - Shyam Pal. I was told that the installion will be done by around 2.30pm. I went back home and called up the salesman at 2.50pm at which he very casually said that dont worry it will be done today. I called again at 4.50pm and asked for the manager and some action was taken and my AC was delivered but the installation guy came at 6.00 pm. He worked till 7.30pm and by that time it was dark and he said he will come next day to complete the installation. I was committed free installation along with wall mounting bracket by the salesman and I just had to pay for wiring and extra copper pipe, if required. but when the installation guy came, he told me that there is a charge of Rs. 550/- for the bracket. When I made him speak to the salesman, he vehemently denied that he had even said that, forget about commitment. I went to the showroom again and the manager simply agrred to compromise for the market price of Rs. 250/- for the bracket which I had to pay.
Its a full team of liars who just falsely commit for their sales target.
I would never go again nor recommend anyone to go to that place!
