Very worst builders in Chennai, I booked the Sathya Bharathi flat in Bharathi Nagar, West Tambaram gave token advance of Rs. 100000. They told all papers are correct and gave me the Xerox of the documents for legal verification. When I went for legal opinion with lawyer I found main parent document was missing. So I asked them why they didn't inform me before, but they told silly reasons and tried to convince. I told I am not willing to buy as there is issue in parent document, but they told they will not return the token advance. I fought with them for 10 months daily called that stupied owner Prabhakaran many times and he will never pick the call, went to their offce and waited so many hours but he will never meet at last they deducted 20000 and gave back Rs.80000 only. I only want no oe to get cheated by this stupieds. I have all the Xerox copies of that flats. If any one want clarrification you can mail me I can send the scanned copies.
