Hi All, I am writing this because I do not want you to get cheated. This movers and packers is pathetic in understanding the safety of the goods and they least bother about the costly items as well. The packaging is very shabby and they will only focus to save there packing material brought. The delivery is even more worse, and the delivery man again & again kept telling you talk to the persons whom you paid the money for any issues. They dismantled my two tables completely while packing(When I asked who will fit these they said its there responsibility) but when they delivered they simply refused to fit. My solid sesame wood sofa got badly damaged, crockery and other glass items had to be thrown to the dustbins. They will never turn up after dumping the goods and the worst part is that the persons who talked so sweetly before taking the responsibility will not even pick the phones. For e,.g Anil Kumar and Sunil Kumar were two persons whom I dealt with in Chennai but now they don't even bother. They do not even have a customer feedback procedure where they can look into customers grievances. The only reason I took this service was the thinking that we should give chance to new players in the market. Please do not make the mistake of paying everything in advance as I did(in case you choose even after reading this). The charges are not lesser than the reputed ones but they are not professionals in this packaging field.
