I own a Nissan Sunny xl.I am satisfied with the car performance,but still i will never buy nissan cars,only reason is its service center. On 25th april 2015 i went for a service of my car.My appointment was for 10 am ,i reached by 9.50am.I was made to wait 1hr. Then i was informed my appointment was for 10.45 am .Plus their Assistant Manager Mr.Jayesh was very rude & he said you can go to mira road for service .Mr.Jayesh do not know how to speak,he thinks he owns the place.I brought this under the notice of GM. But no action was taken against him or apology was given to me by Jayesh for his rude behavior. Because their is only one service center in Andheri,so people like Jayesh thinks he can say anything.I demand strict action against him.
