DO NOT utilize Puja Packers & Movers Services for moving your household items. They are the worst service providers and does not care for your belongings.
Puja Packers & Movers is the worst packers & movers in the business world today and in India. They are very incompetent and unethical business unit conducting their business and who does not care about customers belongings. I had unfortunately utilized their services for moving my household belongings from Kolkata to Pune but am regreting my decision today.
Due to their mishandling, all my household items (TV, refrigerator, microwave, mixer grinder, aquarium, trunks, kitchen utensils) everything were severely damaged beyond repair. The only thing that was spared was my books and clothes.
The Puja packers & movers company refused to compensate for the losses and even did not help me with the insurace company for the damaged claims.
Ultimately, I had to dump all my damaged items and had to buy everything which topped my expenditure to more than I could imagine. Hence, I would suggest each and everyone who need to move their belongings and utilize the packers & movers services, please please DO NOT use Puja Packers & Movers services and save yourself. I suffered a lot due to Puja Packers & Movers and do not want any other person to face the same severe consequences.
