Hello Everyone,
Beware before visiting Reliance Digital or any other Reliance showrooms. I am totally exhausted with the pathetic service provided by Reliance Digital, Madhapur, Hyderabad branch, then only thought to share my experience so can save someone from such harassment and wretched services.
Here is my problem story: Remember I have mentioned the name and number too of few executives, you may confirm. There is no such facility to attach the receipt so I canât but you may ask to share.
26-April 2015 Day1 â Booked AC and as per executive will deliver tomorrow â Not happened
27-April 2015 Day2 â Installation day but AC is still not delivered.
28-April 2015 Day3- AC delivered and promised to install it on same day but installation not happened. Again Promised to send early morning tomorrow.
29-April 2015 Day4- after multiple calls, finally installation person come at @ 12 which is office time and taken 2 hours to installâ¦.
Is my problem solveâ¦.??? Big NO â Remote was missing from the package, so raised a request. Now,
30-April 2015 Day5- showroom saying, they donât have remote and will come from store that will take 3 days and promised for Mondayâ¦so happy summer days for me..
01-May 2015 Day6- as communicated 3 days so canât do anything.
02-May 2015 Day7- as communicated 3 days so canât do anything.
03-May 2015 Day8- as communicated 3 days so canât do anything.
04-May 2015 Day9- So now Monday is here and went for office, suddenly in evening realize Iâll receive the Remote today and called the showroom. I got the positive answer someone delivered to my home. Once I reached the home the said remote was not delivered. I really got very angry and called the showroom and again new promise for tomorrow.
05-May 2015 Day10 â Next day I spoke to the showroom manager (Mr. Ramesh - 9908864137) and strange to know was aware of it and didnât take any action to fix it. So finally he ensure me I will receive it today by 10PM night, I said ok. Do you think I received the remote after ensuring from big guy from big mouth???? Again a Big NO..
06-May 2015 Day11- No one picking my phone and Mr Ramesh (Big Man of showroom) didnât pick my phone tooâ¦.
I know you people were thinking why didnât I visited the showroom, actually my office timing is not allowing me and I canât do this to work that they were doing.
07-May 2015 Day12- Called the showroom in lunch time, female executive with whom interacting since day3 (Chataniya) told me remote is present at showroom and asked me to collect it, I said canât and asked to send the executive to deliver. At 7PM again I received the call from showroom saying speak to some store technician (remote was still not there that they called in lunch time to collect, thank god I didnât visited) I totally frustrated and disconnected the call as the other word was coming from my mouth was not good for the female executive but somehow I control myself. So finally decided to speak to Mr Ramesh- Big man showroom manager but didnât pick the phone.
One import name I forgot to mention above that is Sandeep who is delivery incharge. This person who has to take all the responsibility of delivery will not try to even connect you/pick your calls/ come to land line and make some nice story that problem is not from his end.
