Absolute irresponsible and pathetic response. Submitted my Dell projector for repair. Initial timeline was 5 days. Even after 16 days the projector could not be repaired. This can be considered. But there has been no feedback from Maxtech regarding delay in repair. On enquiry on 15th and 16th day, the person on phone says, ' Why you calling again and again? If you want to get it repaired give us 10 more days orelse you can take the projector back". Aghast at the response. Dell should not have certified this centre. Poor and pathetic.
