At last it happened again. if they have no soft speaking staff why do they open new centers .. only to make people sit their hours to show their customers. they have no concern I went in afternoon YLG CMH road ,saloon for basic services like eyebrow threading. But receptionist asked us for prior appointment... if we have not then we have to wait for half an hour. there was no arrangement for seating. They always show as if they are over occupied. If receptionist has spoken softly ,we would have not felt humiliated...
