I have purchased Air Conditioner from your show room, at the time of payment, it is assured that it will be installed with in (48) hours.
but for deliverying it self taken for more than 72 hours, for installation till now more than 24 hours lapsed no initiation taken place even after several telephone calls, several assurances from lower cader Managers. When I requested for Higher Caders cell nos. such as Mr. Srinath or Mr, Ahmed Sharif, simply they are refusing and saying that their numbers are most confidential we cannot give......... very much surprised to note that higher marketing executives numbers are confidential in Reliance ???
