I had a very worst experience in this salon a month back. Initially they gain the customer's trust and then cheat them very smartly.
Very worst service that i have experienced. I regularly get the services done with one of their so called expert she applied a wrong color to my hair and charged double. They simply say sorry and say that they will give that service free of cost next time. Once we experience such a worst service does any body again visit that place.
I use to have a very good impression on your services earlier but i don't have it any more. Your franchise literally cheat customers using your brand name.They concentrate more on promoting products to customers which are required than giving a good service. I know that this comment would be removed from your blog as that is what you can do rather try to improve your services but thought of posting as others should not face the issue that i had come across
