I bought used ford figo from this dealer. Deal went good. While making deal they were prompt in their response. After the car deal they have convinced me to do car registration and ownership tranfer throught them and not going directly to RTO, saying they can do it in lesser days and will deliver the documents to me. It's been 2 months now and no one has delivered the original documents and RC card to me. whenever i call their person Yasmeen tells its not came and finally told its in their office and they dont have time to deliver it. I am very disappointed by their response after the deal is done.
