Hi, my family and I have had a couple of instances where their drivers did not show up on time. When we called to complain they had lame excuses and then asked if the driver could come an hour or two later. Imagine that you call on time for a fixed appointment the driver does not show up so your appointment gets cancelled and then they have the nerve to ask can we send the driver later!!! It might be better to walk to your destination than to use this lousy company.
