I have been going to this parlour for about 7-8 years now for haircuts only and I am never disappointed. BUT every time I go to this parlour, I am mentally prepared to hear from 2-3 staff members how I should buy their other services and products.
They are really annoying because they will look at your skin and say you need a facial, they will look at your hair and will say you need a spa, they will try to sell their shampoos and products. They keep inventing faults in your skin and hair just to sell more. Perfect example of poor salesmanship.
About 5 years back, I bought discounted coupons for different services from the parlour and they literally, treated me like second-rate customers. If you are taking a discount from them, expect very POOR service. They don't know how to behave with customers.
