I was a regular visitor for them since last 3 years. I was going there for normal facilities like waxing, eyebrows & upper lips threading as it was near to me. But still the staff doesnât have any curtsy. One of their staff member name Lucy badly did my one of my eyebrow. She reduced itâs length without asking me and was not accepting her mistake. When I approached parlour owner she accepted that her staff has done the blunder but I was shocked to she that she didnât say a word to her and was not even bother to answer me.
So my advice is donât visit this parlour. They are fine to lose their customers even though you are going there from ages it.
Unlike other parlours their motto is different:
Believe & respect staff not customer.
