I have been member of Fiitness Plus for than a year now and my experience have been really good. The gym is very well maintained, clean and hygienic. Dr. Suresh is very reachable, unlike other gyms where you have to shell out extra for personal trainers. For every individual there is a different plan depending on his/her requirement. The plans have worked out wonderfully for me and I highly recommend this place, irrespective of whether you are beginner or a pro.
